Sessions are page loads. Nothing is stored on the viewer's device (no cookies, no IDs), so a refresh, a second tab or a return tomorrow is a new session, and there are no unique-visitor or returning-visitor figures. Your own addresses (My addresses) and automated clients are not counted.
Time on portal is confirmed connected/open time, not attention: the page is observed about every 20 s, at most 60 s is credited per interval, and silences over 65 s (sleeping phone, lost network) are not credited. Two tabs open together are two sessions and both count. Visible is the part with the page in the foreground.
Troy audio on = Listen on, volume above zero, no playback failure, while the show and host are on air. It includes pauses between lines; it is not seconds of speech and not proof anyone listened.
Live connections count every open page and reconnect, excluded ones included.
Country is an estimate from the network (a VPN or mobile network can show another place); device, browser and system are coarse readings of the browser's own description; "From" is the site that linked here, as the browser reported it. No IP address is stored.
